關稅相關
1.以目的國產(chǎn)生的關稅為準;
2.澳大利亞低于1000澳元物品沒有任何稅費,高于1000澳元物品會產(chǎn)生關稅;
2.國外海關產(chǎn)生關稅由收件人支付;
3.派遞不成功退回運費同發(fā)出運費，如中國海關產(chǎn)生關稅由原發(fā)件人支付。
澳洲特快小包理賠相關
1.沒有上網(wǎng)，按帝國速運的賠償標準。
2.上網(wǎng)后貨提供查詢單，按郵局的標準賠償，最高不超過300元RMB。
禁限寄物品
國際航空禁運的危險物品及國家明令禁止出口貨物等。
發(fā)貨說明
1.必須在帝國速運系統(tǒng)建立訂單（錄入包裹信息），且在系統(tǒng)中打印地址標簽和報關單粘貼在包裹上；
2.盡量不要帶其他無關標識，易碎品建議粘貼易碎品的標志；
3.使用英文正確填寫訂單信息，其中物品名稱需要盡量詳細，不要以Gift、Sample等詞語申報；
4.訂單信息可以使用Excel批量上傳，或通過API方式建立訂單。
